Room 24/25
Room 24/25’s sculpture name that they chose was Our Rainbow Lollipops because it belongs to us and the rainbow colours are for everybody at school. Their sculpture is made up of 5 ‘lollipops’ on posts that have been cemented into the ground. You can find these outside the back of Room 16.
The children were inspired by looking at and making different sorts of sculptures. Then they drew their own sculpture ideas. Everyone voted and chose this idea from Chagi’s drawing. They found out how to make their lollipops and took action by making them. The lollipops have smiley faces on them and are multi-coloured. You can touch them.
