Room 7
Room 7’s sculpture is called Aroha. It is made up of big and small stones that have been placed in the shape of a heart.The materials they have used are- stones, paint and Liquid Nails. Room 7’s inspiration came from their love of diversity.
Room 7’s process included painting the stones white then painting the background a school colour of either- dark blue, light blue or red. The stones have a picture on them chosen by the children. Every student has painted a big and small stone. The stones were glued onto a wooden heart template and placed onto the brick wall to the left of Room 7.
